We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for plants that arrive damaged or in poor health condition. To be eligible for a return, the plant must be in the same condition that you received it, and you must provide photographic evidence of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are only accepted for plants that have visible damage, disease, or health issues that were present upon delivery. Normal leaf drop or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the overall health of the plant are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photographs showing the condition of the plant. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
Certain items are not eligible for return. Plants that have been in your care for more than 14 days cannot be returned, as we cannot verify the care conditions after this period. Plants that show signs of improper care, such as overwatering, underwatering, or exposure to extreme temperatures, are not eligible for return.
Custom orders or specially requested plant varieties may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or unhealthy. Sale items or clearance plants may have different return policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Plants that have been repotted, pruned, or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for return. Accessories, pots, or other non-plant items may have separate return policies.
To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact information provided on our website. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the plant showing the issue. Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. In most cases, we do not require you to ship the plant back to us due to the delicate nature of live plants and shipping costs. Instead, we may offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without first receiving authorization and instructions from our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Once your return is approved and processed, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will include the cost of the plant and original shipping charges if the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details.
We offer exchanges for plants that arrive damaged or unhealthy. If you would like to exchange your plant for the same variety, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will send you a replacement plant at no additional cost.
If the same plant variety is not available, we can offer you a similar plant of equal or greater value, or process a full refund. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to availability.
Exchanges for different plant varieties or upgrades may be possible depending on availability and may require additional payment if there is a price difference.
If your plant arrives damaged during shipping or has visible health issues upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photographs. We take great care in packaging our plants, but sometimes damage can occur during transit.
For damaged items, we will work with you to determine the best solution, which may include a replacement plant, partial refund, or full refund depending on the extent of the damage. We may also file a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
Please inspect your plant immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. This allows us to address the problem quickly and ensure you receive a healthy plant.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
For exchanges due to damaged or unhealthy plants, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement plant. For exchanges requested for other reasons, shipping costs may apply.
While we cannot guarantee the long-term health of plants after they leave our care, we are committed to providing you with healthy plants and comprehensive care instructions. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about caring for your plants.
Plants are living organisms and their health depends on proper care including appropriate watering, lighting, and environmental conditions. We provide detailed care instructions with each plant to help you succeed.
If you experience issues with your plant within the first 14 days and have followed our care instructions, please contact us. We will do our best to help troubleshoot the issue and may offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
During extreme weather conditions, we may delay shipments to ensure plants arrive in good condition. We monitor weather forecasts and will notify you if your order needs to be delayed for the safety of the plants.
If you choose to have plants shipped during extreme weather against our recommendation, we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival and returns may not be accepted. We always prioritize the health and safety of our plants.
